At Dynaroute, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you have created an account in the Dynaroute mobile application or web platform, you may request the deletion of your account and the personal data associated with it.
This page explains how you can request account deletion, what data will be deleted, what data may be retained, and how long the process may take.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your Dynaroute account, please send an email to:

In your email, please include the following information:

The email address associated with your Dynaroute account

Your full name, if available in your account

A short statement confirming that you want your Dynaroute account to be deleted

Hello, I would like to request deletion of my Dynaroute account and all associated personal data. Account email: your-email@example.com Thank you.
We may contact you to verify your identity before processing the deletion request. This is done to protect your account and prevent unauthorized deletion requests.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When your account deletion request is processed, we will delete or anonymize personal data associated with your Dynaroute account, including where applicable:

Account information

Name and email address

Profile information

Saved route data
-
Route optimization history
-
Vehicle or delivery-related preferences
-
App usage data associated with your account

Customer support messages linked to your account

Authentication records connected to your account
After deletion, you will no longer be able to access your Dynaroute account, saved routes, optimization history, subscription-related app features, or any data connected to that account.
Subscription and Payment Information
If you purchased a Dynaroute subscription through Google Play, deleting your Dynaroute account does not automatically cancel your Google Play subscription.
To avoid future charges, you must also cancel your subscription from your Google Play account.
You can usually do this by going to:
Google Play Store > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
Then select your Dynaroute subscription and cancel it.
Dynaroute does not directly control Google Play billing, refunds, renewals, or subscription cancellation. These are managed by Google Play.
Data That May Be Retained
Some information may be retained for a limited period where necessary for legitimate business, legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, or regulatory purposes.
This may include:

Payment transaction records

Subscription purchase records

Tax or accounting records

Security logs
-
Fraud prevention records

Records required to comply with legal obligations

Records necessary to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements
Any retained data will only be kept for as long as necessary for the purposes described above and will not be used for active marketing or normal account operation after your account has been deleted.
Processing Time
We will process account deletion requests within 30 days after receiving a valid request and verifying the account owner, if verification is required.
In some cases, the process may take longer if we are required to retain certain information for legal, financial, security, or regulatory reasons.
Once your account deletion request has been completed, we may send you a confirmation email.
Important Notes
Before requesting account deletion, please note that:

Account deletion is permanent.

Deleted account data cannot be restored.

You may lose access to saved routes, optimization history, and account-related settings.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription.

You should cancel your subscription separately through Google Play if you no longer wish to be charged.
