These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Dynaroute, operated by Rutin Route Optimization & Software Solutions Ltd. Co.

By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription, or using Dynaroute, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

Dynaroute is a mobile route optimization and operational planning software service. Depending on the plan and feature availability, the service may include:

Traffic-aware routing
Excel import
OCR import
Geocoding
Stop editing
Stop grouping
Capacity planning
Delivery and pickup workflows
Dynamic ETA
Re-optimization
Reverse routes
Priority-based routing
Segmentation routing
Profit-aware routing
KPI reporting
3D load planning
Truck mode

Related planning, route execution, and reporting tools

We may update, improve, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you in order to use Dynaroute.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activity that occurs under your account
Providing accurate, complete, and current information
Keeping your contact and billing information up to date where applicable
We may suspend, limit, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use Dynaroute unlawfully
Upload false, harmful, infringing, or misleading content or data
Attempt unauthorized access to the service or related systems
Interfere with service security, availability, or integrity
Reverse engineer, scrape, copy, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit Dynaroute except as expressly permitted
Use the service in a way that creates legal, operational, technical, or security risk for us, our providers, or other users

6. User Data and Responsibility

You remain responsible for data you upload, submit, or process through Dynaroute, including:

Addresses
Stop lists
Imported files
Images
Notes
Route inputs
Delivery data
Signatures
Photos
Priority data
Segmentation labels

You represent and warrant that you have the lawful right, authority, and permission to use and submit such data.

7. Subscriptions and Plan Limits

Dynaroute may offer paid plans including Basic and Pro. Features, entitlements, and limits may vary by plan.

Unless otherwise stated in the application or official pricing page:

Basic Plan
Up to 200 unique stops per day
Unlimited re-optimization, ETA refresh, and route recalculation during the same day using the same stops
Up to 4,500 total stops per month

Pro Plan
Up to 200 unique stops per day
Unlimited re-optimization, ETA refresh, and route recalculation during the same day using the same stops
Up to 6,000 total stops per month

Includes Truck mode

A stop is considered unique only once per day. Reusing the same stops during the same day for re-optimization, ETA refresh, or additional route calculations does not consume additional daily unique stop allowance.

Plan pricing, features, usage models, and limits may be changed from time to time and may be shown in the app, on a related website, or in the relevant app store listing.

8. Billing, Renewals, and Cancellations

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store, Google Play, or other supported billing providers are subject to those platforms' billing, renewal, cancellation, refund, and payment terms.

If applicable fees are not paid, paid access may be downgraded, suspended, restricted, or terminated.

9. Trials and Promotional Access

Dynaroute may offer free trials, promotional access, temporary entitlements, or limited-time feature access. Such access may be limited by time, usage, eligibility, feature scope, campaign terms, or technical conditions, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time to the extent permitted by law.

10. Third-Party Services

Dynaroute may rely on third-party services, APIs, SDKs, and providers for maps, route optimization, geocoding, OCR, hosting, storage, billing, analytics, diagnostics, communications, notifications, and related functionality.

We are not responsible for outages, delays, inaccuracies, failures, or limitations caused by third-party providers.

11. No Guarantee of Results

Dynaroute is a routing and operational assistance tool. Route suggestions, ETAs, traffic assumptions, stop ordering, geocoding results, optimization outputs, and map results may vary and may not always be complete, accurate, or suitable for every real-world situation.

You remain solely responsible for:

Operational decisions
Vehicle operation
Driving and road safety
Legal compliance
Verification of stops and addresses
Confirmation of route suitability before action
Delivery or pickup execution

12. Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free service. Dynaroute may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, cloud or infrastructure failures, third-party outages, force majeure events, or other causes beyond our reasonable control.

13. Intellectual Property

Dynaroute, including its software, design, interface, text, graphics, trademarks, reports, branding, and related content, is owned by or licensed to Rutin Route Optimization & Software Solutions Ltd. Co. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, create derivative works from, license, sell, transfer, or exploit any part of the service.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Dynaroute if:

You violate these Terms
You misuse the service
Required fees are not paid
Continued access creates legal, operational, technical, or security risk
We are required to do so by law, court order, regulator, or platform rule

You may stop using Dynaroute at any time.

15. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dynaroute is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim, to the fullest extent permitted by law, all express and implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, reliability, and non-infringement.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rutin Route Optimization & Software Solutions Ltd. Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising out of or related to the use of Dynaroute.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability to the extent such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rutin Route Optimization & Software Solutions Ltd. Co. from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and costs arising out of:

Your misuse of the service
Your uploaded or processed data
Your breach of these Terms
Your violation of law or third-party rights

18. Privacy

Your use of Dynaroute is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an important part of how the service operates.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version becomes effective when posted in the app, on a related website, or through another official service channel. Continued use of Dynaroute after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.

20. Governing Language

If these Terms are provided in more than one language, the English version may prevail in the event of conflict unless applicable law requires otherwise.
